An enemy of psychological warfare court (ATC) in Bannu on Saturday conceded bail to Pashtun Tahaffuz Movement (PTM) officials Ali Wazir and Mohsin Dawar in one case identified with an IED assault on security powers in Kharqamar on May 26 however rejected their supplication for another situation relating to the supposed assault on Kharqamar checkpost. 

The second first Information Report (FIR) enlisted by the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) in Bannu against the two MNAs pursued an assault which supposedly focused on a military caravan close to a security check post in Kharqamar on June 7. 

The occurrence killed three officials and a fighter and left four security staff harmed. 

Wazir and Dawar had been captured after the Kharqamar registration assault of May 26 and had been in CTD guardianship at the season of the IED impact. 

The occurrence killed 13 PTM supporters and harmed 25 others. Ali Wazir had been arrested upon the arrival of the assault, while Mohsin Dawar gave up himself a couple of days after the fact. 

The generation orders for the two heads, who are both sitting MNAs, were not issued regardless of the request of Pakistan People's Party (PPP) boss Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari and different officials. 

The consultation, which was led by ATC Judge Babar Ali Khan, allowed the two chiefs bail in the June 7 case however dismissed it for the May 26 occurrence. 

The investigators included Fazal Noorani, Arif Bilal, and Sardar Abdul Rauf while the litigants were spoken to by a group driven by Peshawar High Court Bar President Latif Afridi. 

Tariq Afghan, an individual from PTM lawful group, said that recordings of the Kharqamar episode were created in the court which vindicated the two chiefs. 

Afghan further said that they will challenge the decision in Peshawar High Court.
